The Cardea Center is dedicated to impacting the lives of women through its activities supporting our vision of a world without barriers. The Center engages communities on behalf of women as a way to catalyze positive change, build strategic alliances with service providers, community-based organizations and other key stakeholders to connect women of all ages. The Center also serves as a comprehensive clearinghouse for community resources and information.

CCW’s activities focus on the whole woman by:

• Enhancing public awareness about the status of women locally and globally. We showcase women authors, artists, film & documentary producers. We engage in social media to bring women’s voices to the forefront.
  
  
• Connecting women to resources that help them fulfill their personal, professional and public aspirations
  We connect individual women to our online Resources and Information on various community organizations and government programs.

• Encouraging women to flourish and thrive.  We provide women a platform for leadership, self-expression, networking, advocacy and activism.
